Been watching your episodes for a few weeks now. You two are a comedy duo made for this. I'll be getting an Equinox 800 this week. I've also ordered an xterra pro for my 9 year old son so we can hunt together. We started off trying out the cheapo amazon detectors today. They were terrible. Im hoping to truly enjoy the hobby the right way. Keep up the great episodes if ya can. I'll be watching.

One time I found a 1965 Canadian silver dime under the swings, they are still rarely in circulation, it was in the same hole as a modern quarter and nickel, so some kid just lost their store change that had a 80% silver dime in it I guess since we don't have pennies any more finding a wheatie or king George in a modern drop would be more rare than finding silver, but finding old drops of Wheaties and king George are fairly common

Yeah, I think a lot of the older coins we find especially in a tot lot were dropped by a kid playing. I wish we did not have pennies.

Nice haul! I haven't been paying attention so have no idea how Christine got hurt. Heal quickly, girl! What are the mics you're using? I know of an equestrian channel that's struggling with using two mics. Yours seemed to work really well.

I don't know if there was a specific incident but rather a lot of over use re: her knee. There was a small tear but not bad enough for surgery. Anyway, I was going to get the DJI mic2 and then watched @thinkmedia and they reviewed them and these mic mini's and I liked the size. The quality was so close between the two I went with the small mini's. So far, they are great. They are way easier to use than our Rode mics

If that was the last hunt of 2024, it was a great one! So many cute toys/cartoon characters. My favorite was the rhinestone bear on a chain and also the Lego joker. Buddy was very interested in all the new toys because he thinks you find them all for him. It was definitely the Bill and Christine Comedy Hour today. P.S. I ate the last gallon of peppermint ice cream last night and I will now avoid the Safeway grocery store until it is well past them stocking up on the Christmas ice cream flavors. Eggnog Ice Cream sounds awful. 🤮
