nice, I also had a dog I named Diggity when I was a teenager. I named him after Robyn Davidson's dog she had during her epic hike across Australia.

He's actually not bad at all on the leash. As soon as I say easy, he slows down, and eases in next to me. Basically heels up. Once he hits 10 to 12 months, I plan on picking up a different collar that will allow me to train him to be by my side at all times even off leash... :)
