Hi, if we need to remove the current version and install a new one, then why is the option to update the firmware from the application level available - via USB properties?

Hello Rudy. I like your series of Videos... You may consider adding this action before you update.. Click on the Control Go/Stop Icon on the software, and back up your settings to the computer, using the Import Export Buttins, then, after the update, restore the settings and you don't need to reconfigure your Dr-5000.... Hi Rudy Is it possible to run both the wifi and Lan at the same time. I want to run traincontroller and a wifi throttle such as the Roco Wifi or the Z21 App

Alan Dance I haven't tried to use LAN and WiFi at the same time so can't tell if that would work. Why not connect to the PC via USB?

Alan Dance Yes, we have multiple DR5000’s around at the club and here at home and they all connect fine via USB. I don't use LAN, but one time when I did the video. :)
