This game is so good. The card battle system is well thought. It's simple, everyone lays down their card, you can see your opponents card. It all depends on a rock paper scissor decision. Strong attack, middle attack and special counter attack. You can digivolve your card to level up attack power and health, but if you're desperate you can skip digivolution with a 50% penalty on every stats. Then they have a partner card which grows stronger with each battle. It's not just card battle, they even managed to make a decent story from the card battles - like you were wondering how did these card battle help saving the world which they properly explain at the end.

Never seen this game but i did play digimon world 3 which also has a card battle thing, the sounds, aesthetic, clicks, fluidity is the same as world 3 (which is really good IMO)
