9:48 That's just wrong, DB beats Susanoo Awaken, both have instant ASB on all skills, DB has better much stronger skills (40% stronger F1, 31% stronger F2, and 45% stronger F3, although F3 loses a bit as it get leveled because of 4 skill points per level compared to 3 on Susanoo Awaken) and slightly better AT/AS, DB does have longer CD on F1/F2, but it doesn't really make much of a difference at all. I'd even call DB without vice comparable to Susanoo awaken with vice. Imo, you should do a video comparing them so people actually get an idea of how good they are, ideally with deck buffs that normal people can get (Specifically Burst Ultimate Wings or Knights of Vaccine), also ideally with "realistic" accessories as well to give newer players more of an idea of how much DPS they can actually do.

i agree with all of this, not to mention DB also has higher hp which is super helpful considering the amount of solo players out there. Surviving is more important than damage in most games

The best choice if you have neither is dark bagra, some content cut dmg from vaccine types so it limits the places where you can use the susano and in terms of late game content bagra is still better just because it has better base crit rate even for RBH to reach those high crit rate requirements and with more hp increase survivability
