If everyone downloaded a Digimon app and it integrates wit your phone and locks in a random Digimon based on you ..: you can’t choose it chooses you … and no matter if you delete it or start over you still have the same Digimon no matter what you locked in to that Digimon and you can raise it passively and you got options to be evil or good or just raise it like a sibling

@@SolRagna lol I mean they are digital monsters, them dying just isn’t realistic lol 😆 even in the anime, they eventually came back. How about a compromise; you can get a corrupted digimon (via your choices in game) that won’t listen and will sometimes even hinder your progress unless you purify them via training/bonding. Corrupted digimons can be used to complete the game but it’s obviously harder. Even after purification, they are locked into “evil” digivolutions. That’s how you can complete your digihistory. That corruption is inevitable for most people. And even have gameplay mechanics that are only accessible via good or bad digimon. (Unlocked forever after your first encounter on that saved file so you can use it regardless of the type of Mon you have). I think this would be cool rather than a death mechanic that isn’t realistic for digital data lol. Corrupted data can either stay corrupted or be “wiped” to be rebooted.

I must admit that I am getting tired of these companies region locking games that should be global releases. A lot of people like Digimon...not just people in Asian countries. These companies like to use the excuse "there isn't a large enough fan base or hype about Digimon to release it anywhere else." To that...I call BS. You should build the hype and globally showcase the content, not make blanket assumptions. How can people download and purchase your products if they are not available for us to do so? Do they not like money...or is their own money the only money they want? Money is money. We have to resort to fan made games to play decent Digimon games these days and it is a shame. Yes, some of the fan games are fantastic, but where are the licensed games? They could do a collaboration with Digimon and the Dot Hack series since they both focus on a digital world. I bet Bandai Namco never even considered that. A Dot Hack game with pet Digimon to tame, raise, and fight. Um...AWESOME! These guys suck. Give the world access to Digimon please.

Absolutely. A wide range of digimon to form teams from, simple and fast paced gameplay; and it was actually possible to complete the game so you could replay it with a new team. One of the few mobile games that didn't feel like a chore.

I personally don't like the Pokémon type battles for Digimon. Makes it feel too much like a clunky unpolished Pokémon. I did however enjoy survive. Great story but gameplay was horrendous. If they did a survive 2 and actually had better gameplay and art it'd be so good. Like fire emblem/triangle strategy graphics for battles

Digimon Tamers Go would destroyed someone need to pitch the idea to them, have the first 3 seasons be the starters and then collect digimon to be on your team (3 slots) basically combine all the seasons into a game but have tamers be the core of it where if you destroyed a digimon can either collect them as an egg or just absorbed their data and used modify cards

At this point, it is silly that Bandai doesn't go globally. Bandai could literally just use AI translate everything English (any language honestly) and ship it. I'm certain digimon fans would download it anyway (it's a mobile game. I couldn't care less about the story being grammatically incorrect) and get random passerbys to download it too. Less money spent, and more money gained at no cost (unless there are costs for app stores to host the app). It's a win to them and to fans, like is there something I'm missing?

my problem with Digimon they are trying weird stuff in their games and when they tried to use the RPG mechanics like Pokemon in Digimon World 3 it wasn't perfect but let's say the DS games used the mechanics better, anyway I hop they drop an English version of the game because the last English mobile game for Digimon was Links and it wasn't that good, anime wise they are good with their designs but games wise the last good game was Cypersleuth and Last Order, I equally love Pokemon and Digimon but Pokemon been doing better in games than anime, I just hope they stop rebooting and make something new like the card game but as a video game
