Also is it a digital pedal emulating an analog delay or is it an actual bucket brigade chip doing the delays

I believe this is all digital.

It’s 100% digital! Doesn’t matter what chip it has! A true analog delay must be mechanical I.e. moving parts like tape or disc that’s the bottom line! No such thing as an actual analog delay that doesn’t have anything mechanical inside of it!!!
