Hello i purchase a prestige A+3 R. I’m having trouble of printing for dark garments. It seems like garment going through image so it’s making it dark. Is there any fix to that issue. Thanks you

Hi, I am using the Digital Factory Direct to Film Edition software, and I am following all of the given directions, but Set Ink Order is grayed out. I’ve connected the printer to the software and have managed to print some items, but until I can set the ink order, I cannot let the printer know that my Red cartridge is now a White cartridge. Please help me fix this. Also, for some reason on my prints so far, it just stops halfway due to an unknown error. This has been consistent. How to fix this? Thank you so much!

I solved the ink order issue, but not the halfway stop one. Also, how do you get the white underlay to match the image shape? Right now, it's just a big white rectangle over the whole paper. Thank you!

Hi, how can I bring my white back. my white is knocked out and I don't know how to bring it back. When I print, I can only put it on white shirts. hot to make my white show again. my white don't show when it come out the printer either. please help.

I have a converted Epson ET 8550 printer and I have had nothing but problems with this RIP software. Repeated paper jams and other issues only happen when printing from this Rip software.😪

yeah the ET 8550 is not a DTF printer and is not to be used as such of course you will have problems its converted to do something it was never designed to do and even if you get it to print or work with the software...it will only work for so long guaranteed because other major catastrophic damages are looming and soon will come "printheads - ink lines - rollers - ink waste tank - dampers etc" you are throwing money away hope this helps! save your money and buy a true DTF printer!

This guy is a joke he hasnt helped anyone that i know of and have tried to reach out to him and he was just rude trying to belittle people and he doesn't pay attention to detail whatsoever i sent him pics and he had no clue what he was even looking at lol
