It can be a bit of a grind in the beginning, especially when you're just starting out. You never want to create or invent reviews as placeholders while you earn real ones though - we've seen business do that in the past and it never works out. For some businesses it can make sense to do some small pro bono projects to earn those initial reviews. For others, they may need to pound the pavement and earn their first client or two the old fashioned way without reviews. Hard work in the beginning will pay off big in the end!

That can be tough to deal with, especially if the reviews are fake or you don't have any opportunity to respond to them. Honestly your best course of action moving forward is to resolve the situations that resulted in negative reviews and start actively seeking new, positive reviews. I heard that if we interact n reply to bad reviews' customers, then others would get encouraged as well n it will be never ending story n customers can exploit the situation

@@newlife3222 It's always appropriate to reach out to happy customers and ask for a review. Giving incentives is dependent on a few things and the one thing you want to avoid is looking like you're "buying reviews". A lot of review platforms have rules against incentivizing customers to leave reviews so you'll want to check the terms of service for all of them before that. As for responding to negative reviews - we always recommend that you do! You can't avoid every bad review - it's the cost of being in business. Someone somewhere is going to be unhappy with your service or product no matter what you do. The difference is how you choose to respond.
