Hello @noahkagan ! It is a great question; let me answer from a company standpoint. Digital Nomad visa is new, and there was a lot of misunderstanding on the way. Since we track general responses weekly (to beware of government response), we have encountered that many people have been rejected due to the incompetence of their lawyers or simply not being able to meet the requirements correctly. Most of them were due to incorrect application of documents. To avoid extra bureaucratic hurdles, we strive to make each application as neat as possible. Since March, we have handled 314 visas for our clients, and in August alone, we closed 31 Digital Nomad visas. We can give you a more detailed overview if you write to us (via the link in the description of the video). Also, we have collected a sufficient amount of DN reviews on our Trustpilot profile, which might be worth checking. Enjoy your day!

So as I have a small company and I work for myself, can I apply? Also I can prove easily that I have more than 20k euros in my account.

It's true, dear user! Most importantly, you must be self-employed and earn over 2100 Euros per month. I believe you can benefit from our 15 min consultation; check the details in the description of this video.

Hi, unfortunately no, government needs an active job contract that has been in force for at least 3 months, with a company that has been active for at least a year. Also, you can move to Spain as a freelancer but with a project. A Business Activity Residence Permit might fit your situation more, but you would not be able to access the "Digital Nomad" permit. If you have any questions, write us via the contact form on our website.
