Hey Andrew, I just sell a PDF that links back to the Canva templates and then the customers take it from there. Nothing to do after that except answer any questions they have.

Adding digital downloads to your shop is a great idea! Love how it’s increases revenue with low overhead and minimal labor after the initial stages (really all there is to do is answer questions)! Thanks for this wonderful video. I am helping my neighbor upstairs create a highly advanced baseball strategy game to sell as a digital product. It is basically a retirement hobby, so revenue-generation is not expected to be great. Thus, we don't want to sell it on a site that charges a monthly fee. The cost to produce 25 box games would require selling it retail at $80 to break even, so that's a no go. However, selling at $5-10 per set depending on which version purchased and then sending PDF zip files to be printed by the purchaser can be done quickly. We weren't sure about Etsy until we saw your video showing printable games. If it will work for wedding games, it will work for math brains that want to play baseball strategy games.

It sounds like a very original idea! (though there is probably a market for it). Just to point something out - not everything does well on Etsy. People come to Etsy looking for certain things, things that usually already exist. Doesn't mean you won't be successful, but look into it because you might be "pioneering" that space which is proven to be more difficult, but not impossible of course!

We only want to pay as it sells and can't risk a monthly fee, as the total audience will be about 630 people. If we sell 100 copies, we will then put out more seasons. We have 11 people already asking for it, but it isn't ready yet.

Yea if you have digital products you can sell on Etsy, definitely do it (my suggestion is to start listing your best sellers since it can be overwhelming listing lots of things). I haven’t made the video about reaching my goals, since it’s 2021, I’ve been thinking about making a follow up video about those goals I set and the outcome.

Hey there, This depends on a lot of factors, but here's what I would say to your question from not knowing a lot about your business/sales: If your sales are good then I don’t think you need to worry about increasing prices a little bit, but make sure your prices are similar in range to what your competitors are selling at. You could also see if you could buy more materials in bulk to bring the cost of materials down (focusing on the materials used to make your best sellers). Hope that helps!
