hi! your videos have been helping me a lot, will you upload more videos about desmos? I'm taking the exam in august

Love these videos! They're so helpful; I've watched them multiple times and have recommended them to multiple people at my high school. Do you know how many more lessons you will be creating?

Hey Donovan! Glad to hear the videos are helping you and I appreciate you sharing my channel with others. I only have about 1 more video planned. It is not because I don't want to keep making them; it is because I have essentially gone through every SAT relevant skill already. For instance, I could go over integrals but that topic is not tested on the SAT. Do you have any ideas for Desmos features relevant to SAT that should be covered?

How do you turn off sliding for points? Whenever I hit the left-hand circles of a point, the icon goes clear and on the graph all it shows is the label (which is technically turning off the sliding? But I'm wondering how to get to that menu).
@Tutorllini4 ай бұрын
You hold left click on the big colorful circles on the left. I know it is hard to tell without my mouse on screen, but I encourage you to pay attention to the keyboard mouse input mapper (bottom right corner). Best of luck!

Very helpful! will you make videos about interpreting linear equations where you have to find the answer that best interprets the function of, for example, 6x in y= 6x+2?
@Tutorllini6 ай бұрын
Thanks man! I don't have a video like that in the works, but if you watch the blue playlist I go over many questions on this topic. Best of luck!

Hello, is there a way to calculate how degree is 92π\3 ? Like I know the long way to do it by hand ( devided it by 6π/3) , but I think there should be a way to do it on desmos like tan (93π/3)
@Tutorllini5 ай бұрын
To convert from degrees to radians, multiply by (pi/180) To convert from radians to degrees , multiply by (180/pi) Here is that calculation for the problem you suggested: www.desmos.com/calculator/fnjyibjiqd You can't do exact radical trig on Desmos. I recommend using a scientific calculator: www.desmos.com/calculator/dwutnt0wj7 If you want to learn to solve these by hand (which takes ALOT of practice) check my solution to a similar question here: kzbin.info/www/bejne/nHO9n5anarqep5o I hope this helps!

please is there any way to solve these without desmos?
@Tutorllini20 күн бұрын
Yeah but it is slower and less consistent. College Board suggests you guess and check by plugging in the x coordinate of each point for x and the y coordinate of each point for y.
