Hi most low poly bushes out there that I see are quite simple so check out one of my tree tutorials or even the low poly cloud one to inspire you for now. I'll definitely look into it though.

at 8:33 what did you do to disable the Soft Modification Tool? After using it, I cannot select the whole mesh like you did.

I can't find the curve wrap in deform at 18:09 , i use maya 2020 btw

Had the same problem, turns out it's not loaded in (at least on mine it wasn't) so go to your plug-in manager, search Curve Warp and load it. Hopefully it helps.
