I was a TSR (Technical support representative) before for hp mac. And i have to say that job is damn hard. Imagine people saying F*** you for the mistake that you did not do or for the technical glitches they are experiencing. On top of that you are chained by your metrics in your work so at all cost you will be kind, patient and understanding even if the person that you are talking to just called to say profane words.

It is grey market, they don't hide that fact. They make it very clear on the site that the only warranty will be their own 12 month warranty, and also that they cover the import charges. It's also, on average, 25-30% cheaper than buying normally.
