I'm thinking this isn't a job interview at all, Beanus is putting together a crew for a heist. First he test's their Bean IQ, then their ability to clean up quickly, then facial recognition & reconstruction then the rapid removal of many beans. All the while conditioning them to work under pressure while alarms are going off. That boiler suit has heist written all over it. Where there's a giant, there's a giant beanstalk and where there's a giant beanstalk....
