To me this song touches the heart in a way that not much else has and even though it was written much earlier than their disbanding it still feels that somber reminiscing way of lost times… thank you so much and glad you feel a little better … Merry Christmas… you just can’t help but fall a little more in love with Ren and the boys of The Big Push every time you see them… they are everything a band and music should be… honestly…💚🎄♥️

Romain and Ren wrote "Dignity" in 2020, during the first COVID lockdown. Romain sings the verses, and Ren sings the chorus and outro. They released it in June 2020, at about the midpoint of the band's 5 year arc between autumn 2017 and summer 2022. The video reminisces on their past shows and outings before the lockdown. They included clips from their stage shows at Paddle Round the Pier Beach Festival in July 2019 and at Chalk in October 2019.

I came across your channel yesterday and binge watched a load of your stuff… I can’t believe I haven’t come across your channel before! To me this a reminder of just how good The Big Push were together. Rens vocals are amazing on this one. You mentioned Bjork on another video - having listened to most of her songs on KZbin at her best she's amazing.

There was no falling out when TBP stopped - they had a farewell concert for their fans. Ren was due to go to Canada for months of treatment. Because of this he had prepared videos of songs on his Sick Boi album. He gradually released these and then released the album itself that went to no.1 in the UK. Romain remained in the UK working on solo songs that he has released as an album. Gorran went off travelling around Europe and lately to Mexico Glenn the drummer got married and went to live in Australia

The big Push split under differing reasons for them, I think someone got married, lead guitar may have gone back to France for a while, Ren went to Canada for treatment. To my knowledge it was NOT a falling out and they are still in touch. Fans want a reunion, perhaps it will happen.

Romain still collaborate with Ren. Romain and Gorran propose to do collaborations (in May 2024 she have had busked together in Brighton). Glenn will get on again, if the other three come together at least for particular concerts. But it seem to exists a lack of communication between Ren and Gorran. Gorran has speak out relating to The Big Push, Ren and his will to own independence in the live Q & A´s at his channel, so that anybody can get an idea of this cause.

Its possible without Rens health problems they could have toured and continued together or maybe not 5 yrs is quite a while together CCs notoriously butcher Rens lyrics and they obviously struggle with Romains french accent I think its a beautiful song and video of there friendships
