As an attorney, I want to just clear something up. Asking the court to dismiss for lack of jurisdiction is NOT the same as asking the case to be dismissed and finished forever. You have to sue a defendant,here Logan, in a jurisdiction that has personal jurisdiction over the Defendant per our constitution. You can’t sue me anywhere just because. Ex. I hit wade’s car with my car after a wild night in Vagas. Wade lives in Tennessee . I live in Georgia. Wade decided to sue me in Tennessee. I have every right under our constitution to ask for the case to be dismissed for lack of personal jurisdiction. You can’t sue me in a state that doesn’t have jurisdiction over me. So even if the Court grants the motion to dismiss, it doesn’t mean the case is over. Wade can sue me again in a court that has personal jurisdiction over me. Asking the case to get dismissed for lack of personal jurisdiction simply means plaintiff you picked the wrong court to sue me in, not that I didn’t do anything wrong. You can refile the case in any court that would have proper jurisdiction over Logan. It is MUCH more complicated than this. There are literal law school exams based on fact patterns similar to this. But I’ve tried to keep it simple. I am not a Logan fan. I don’t dislike him that much either. If I was his attorney I would advise him to put a nice chunk of change in an escrow account to cover all the losses and say look we have the money to pay it, but we need to reach a global settlement because I can’t die by a 1,000 cuts with legal fees. It isn’t unreasonable from a legal standpoint to wait and try to resolve it all in one go. Also, I looked at the docket. The case is set for mediation. Hopefully they reach an amicable settlement and move on. It is something that has been said incorrectly by numerous KZbinrs. I figured I’d help to shed some light on it. I love the scene. We also have to remember in the Logan vs Floyd fight Logan was clinching constantly after the 3rd because Logan was hurt. So he constantly clinched if it wasn't an exhibition I think the ref would have stopped it for excessive clinching. Also because Floyd's plan was to wait for Logan to get tired and then punch him full force, Logan escaped the worse as Logan was constantly clinching not allowing for that. If Floyd was hitting as hard as he could from the start it would have been a very different story.

I was watching a boxing stream and the guy sum up the whole situation. She was on the street and as she gets older and realise the reality , she went for Logan , even logan is 27 or something , he still a kid inside ( in this matter , but when it comes to scamming he aint ) in this situation, he is a victim because of his own naivety. But for a man of that success to save a street certified woman and settle down is crazzyy. Also, when logan flexed her wealth and her looks what dilon said " i got rid of one, and you marrying a one" shows logan aint even the man in the house, she runs it. He cant be this delusional , he can win the fight but reality dont change..... in my eyes thats a very fair assessment. Once again, logan is a successful man, his business mind is on another level , most of us 99.99999999% wont reach any way near what he achieved but i think its fair to state something thats truthful. Two things can be right at the same time. He is very successful and smart financially but in this situation his decision making is very poor.
