1. introspection - things troubling u,kaha se suru, kis point pe kharab,is this on pattern, What makes it repetitive and awkward, why like criminal detective (not overthink, just to take note of problem and solve it like a dr. too ), overthinking has no connection with self awareness , pattern recognition, long term impact meta cognition - self regulation 2 critical thinking 3 meditation totally blew my mind on practically telling how to approach bhagwad geeta overthinking is revisiting the horrors in that tragedy change microscopic perspective to grand scheme add empathy to introspection say thik he.. cognitive reappraisal(see from next perspective) emotions can never end so keep it minimal u can.. being unemotional is a myth

Self introspection(self analysis) - how this episode starts, what happens next, at which point things take ugly turn?, does this point lies in a pattern? revisit your part of the day or activity as a detective. Detective doesn't have any emotional connection to the scene and subjects. Overthinking - is revisiting/reliving the horrors of the tragedy . It is a deeply negative process which is not at all related to the self introspection. Neuroticism - why overthinking? What will the detective do? While self introspection you will find some patterns in your behaviour. And based on those patterns you can significantly change your behaviour. You will be in control of your behaviour. After self introspection do these things 1. How much does it matter in the long run. 2. Can you forgive yourself 3. Empathy - Can you add other person's perspective

I can relate..this year was heartbreaking for me..I failed in university, I became underconfident due to someone else's opinion on me.. because I put that person on a fucking pedestal....and my past insecurities came back to me again..which I thought I was over it..and the first thing I did after crying and victimizing myself was that I took a pen and paper and made a list of things which are affecting me( the list had 15 things approx) the first from the list was passing the university re-exams..I just focused on the study for 2 months and scored double the marks than previous..which is almost same as that of topper who scored in previous exams..also after all these incidents I have kind of developed a constant nagging in my mind...a logical one and another emotional.. I prefer the logical one bcz the emotional mind gives that temporary pleasure but I know the logical one will prove to be more beneficial in upcoming future for me!! I've greatly introspected myself..what am I? What kind of person I am? What kind of person I want to be? Anything I see or observe.. I've atleast two opinions and certainly more than that! Now I don't just absorb anything which is in front of me unlike my other friends..also my friends have started to respect me more... You have played a major part in all of these although there are other things which contribute to these changes but still when I felt like giving up I'd just watch your videos so thank you so much ❤️❤️❤️

Guruji Tavaria ji has said that in Yog Sutras Rishi Patanjali has said " chitti vritti nirodha" & normally which translated as , restraint or total stopping of mind modifications. It doesn't not mean that. NIrodha is preventive of excess. It is not restraint or total stopping & will power cannot be used to stop the modifications becuz that way it is just not possible. " If you do not want to begin here you you will begin nowhere. Nowhere! Any amount of other yoga practices will not help you . You can sit in meditation, You can do your pranayama. You do what you like stupidly, nothing will be achieved. This is the foundation. The incoming impulses ( that our mind receives from outside continuously) , past memory patterns & your structures ( your sanskaras) . This is what you have. This is what you can correct. Throw away every philosophy into the dustbin. It will not help you . Unless you improve your thinking, nothing will happen. 🙏 Om 🕉️

And which books will enhance this knowledge better in detailed way. I've been doing meditation for a year now but I've never been taught abt this in any spiritual classes. Meditation has helped me with taming my anxiety & other emotional issues and made me an observer but I actually let go of the things that I should be questioning. And there it creates the conflict or the pattern repeats. This is a great insight to know & I've acknowledge the fact that how introspection can transform us to greater level of ourselves. To study and conclude that requires data from decades of long term impact -- which we don't have at all. What you said is something you mirrored because a giant groupthink is saying it. This is sad because it is the opposite of critical thinking. Be data based, please. Working out and discipline are without a doubt positive messages which have been around for thousands of years. He has certainly completely shifted his talks from is views on women to self help lately, which is helping him a lot in image rebuilding. Lastly, work-out and work-hard will help you in youth without a doubt. But do consider hyperbolic discounting. Also, his talks on matrix are akin to what every cult leader says -- a) distortion of reality. And media degeneration have been extensively talked about in much better and great length in linguistics and neurolinguistics. Please choose Academia. Please choose critical thinking. And please choose the long term. Don't be swayed by short term feel good.

His original KZbin channel was all about self help and mindset shift. However his controversial out of context clips went viral which gave people a bad impression about him. They formed an opinion without "critical thinking" that the person is completely "bad" without considering his one opinion just might be debatable. It's his haters who lack critical thinking.

Do the things till it comes in easy mode 5. Take membership of High quality group... What are the things that are troubling you. Introspection helps you to build consciousness that look at your situation objectively. The more you introspect, the more self awareness you'll have, you start to look at yourself like a third person. There is a massive difference between introspection and overthinking, introspection is looking at the case like a detective, a detective thinks objectively and not emotionally, if he starts to think emotionally instead of objectively, he won't ever solve a case and will run into overthinking, which will lead him in negativity and depression. Introspection is basically self-analysis. When you introspect yourself, you'll realize that there are lots of pattern happening, whenever you do any particular thing. After knowing what your thoughts are after introspection, you can look at those thoughts from a philosophical point, like does this thought even matter or am I just doing it because my emotions are telling me to do it. It is revolutionary if you can look at your thoughts from different perspectives. If you can also add empathy in it, you'll become a beast in it. If you can empathize how others felt by your reply, or what should be the reason why another person gave that reply to you, you'll go even beyond a beast.

All this you told is very true and was relatable for me at a point of time few months back. But (what I think) due to influence of people around me who are not at this level of thinking I got back to a lame kind of thinking and the empathy and confidence that I had decreased exponentially. How should I deal with it? Is this because I don't sit with myself these days?

i don't know why but i used to liked the old shwetabh more, the way he made my overall life better by teaching self respect, discipline, work ethic and many more things, which andrew tate is now doing the same.

Everyone has their negatives and bad aspects about their thoughts and teachings but Andrew Tate gives plenty of valuable advice and crucial information to the younger generation especially the boys and young men of our generation and country. Apart from a couple of things most of what he speaks makes complete sense if you listen to him unbiasedly without an agenda to get offended or to ridicule him!
@sachinjoshi13862 жыл бұрын
His "advice" is just basic common sense that you'll get from anybody else who does not see women as property and attaches a value to them. He does not have bad aspect. He is generally an unlikeable being who has small bits of good aspects that you can literally get from anywhere else.

I think what tate says is just common sense(of course not everything) like workout makes you stress free and all that that we already know . I don't see a point why people are listening to him. I think that only low self esteemed Teens are supporting tate.

I was doing this unknowingly for the past 3 years and my personality is changed drastically that I can't even relate to my past self. I have understood the pattern of my response to the situation and act more consciously, I am able to back relate everything that was going wrong, this is addictive and this may help you to predict the future but as everyone knows future is consequences of present so you may make a plan and set some target to be achieved smoothly within a particular time. but you have also to take appropriate steps and action accordingly. You may also over analyse the situation and conclude unreal things to be the truth. you can also get obsessed with it

I believe, if you are good at filtering stuff and choosing what you wanna consume from whom, then there's no issue in following Andrew Tate. I disagree with some of his views on several topics, but that doesn't make him any less WISER. He do spit a lot of GOLD which genuinely would better your life in MANY aspects. Top G 👑❤️
@Shaeisoneofthose2 жыл бұрын
It does, he isn’t wise or shit! A wise man understands the power he owns, unlike Tate! Analysing him, I saw he knows what he is doing… he is consciously promoting those things u disagree with to a wider than ever audience knowing the fact that this is going to have a bad effects on the generations to come!!! My personal advice would be plz don’t waste ur time behind a guy u know is consciously wrong just to get a hint of escapism from the current norms!
