Even not knowing what the meaning of that (panic attacks) before said by the doctor. Those were nightmares for me. I never met those negatives ppl still affect lots But finding your channel I'm trying hard to recover by saying to myself "You can do it". Isolated from all people around. But one thing I must have wanted to say when you started doing things for yourself but never feel like even go out it is sady and scary for myself. Hii shwetabh bhai, your an amazing person and i love your content .am 26 yr old, i live in my parents house and they were toxic, abusive and constantly comparing me with others since my childhood and from childhood i have very low confidence and i dont have any freinds and no one to talk about my feelings and Right now i dont have a job but am constantly searching from it so that i make my self independent and move away from my parents...i feel lonely, alone and frustrated 24/7 all the time and CRY EVERY SINGLE DAY...feel like am dying slowly and slowly from inside even my fitness and body is getting poor and i like to be alone and but i want to get out from this shit and hell life am living right now but i my confidence is going into negative..what to do with my life? For 3 months only 3 months , get I complet discipline do what needs to be done no matter how bad u feel . Just for 3 months , u have to break the barrier once and then the things will revolve around the correct zone . For 3 months work and just work do it in a smart way . Train yourself , build skills , work in a small place , minimize pleasure and other time bcz time is the very valuable asset , u can enjoy later, do a course whichever u can , just don't waste any time and ve in discipline . Discipline is the 1st step once after 3 months u have build that discipline, now u can do whatever u want to do with the help of this discipline . Use mobile phone as an asset not liability
