Even not knowing what the meaning of that (panic attacks) before said by the doctor. Those were nightmares for me. For 3 months only 3 months , get I complet discipline do what needs to be done no matter how bad u feel . Just for 3 months , u have to break the barrier once and then the things will revolve around the correct zone . For 3 months work and just work do it in a smart way . Train yourself , build skills , work in a small place , minimize pleasure and other time bcz time is the very valuable asset , u can enjoy later, do a course whichever u can , just don't waste any time and ve in discipline . Discipline is the 1st step once after 3 months u have build that discipline, now u can do whatever u want to do with the help of this discipline . Use mobile phone as an asset not liability

You're not on this planet to ATTRACT or PLEASE or ALLURE any human being. In fact, we are NOTHING. No one here, will be here after a 100 years from now and our this gigantic Universe doesn't give a fck about human beings anyways.
