Yes it's William Shatner. This is the theme music for the syfy movie Creators the Past. Dimash has done many movie soundtracks including the 2019 Power Rangers movie, try thar one if you want some rock singing. Also NEW EPIC MUSIC VIDEO. On 24th September Dimash will present his now composition the requiem The Story of One Sky. Not only did he compose the music, it took him 3 years to finish, but he also wrote the screenplay so this is very important for him. This cinematic masterpiece is 13 minutes long and he said its the most expensive music video ever made. He has posted a preview on KZbin, Instagram and all his social media accounts. "Across Endless Dimensions" is the theme song from the Italian film “Creators: The Past” starring William Shatner as Lord Ogmha and Gérard Depardieu as the Master of Faith which was filmed in 2017. The movie was directed by Piergiuseppe Zaia, who also wrote the music track. The film’s release was postponed due to Covid, but the soundtrack was released in 2020. The movie was finally released in Italy but is not available anywhere else, unfortunately. The story goes that Piergiuseppe Zaia could not find anyone who could sing the theme song and tried to splice it together using several singer. Then he heard of Dimash and his incredible range. And so now we have this wonderful invitation to go flying high with Dimash on golden wings.

Was supposed to be released in 2020 but was postponed due to the pandemic. The composer said he used 3 different singers (bariton, tenor, soprano) to present the song to Dimash and even them couldn't cover the full range of the song.

The composer (Piergiuseppe Zaia) initially composed this as an orchestral piece for his film, "Creators: The Past". It's on the soundtrack of the film, and the title of the piece is "The Story of Jesus". When asked about the song, Zaia said that it's about the Garden of Gethsemane. After lyrics were written for the composition (under the title "Across Endless Dimensions"), the composer said that the song, for obvious reasons, should be sung by the most beautiful voice in the world. His co-producer started googling for the most beautiful voice in the world, and she quickly came up with Dimash's name. After watching some of Dimash's youtube videos and being mind-blown, she showed them to Zaia, who immediately contacted Dimash's team. Zaia created a demo recording for Dimash to hear the song. It required 3 different singers to make the demo, and even then the operatic soprano couldn't reach the highest notes at the end. Dimash agreed to go to Italy to record this track for the film's closing credits. Sony released Dimash's track last year(2020) with a video, using green screen and FX in which Zaia inserted Dimash into scenes from his science fiction film...so lots of spaceships, aliens and such. And yes gentlemen current William Shatner and Gerard Depardieu in this film. Greetings from Panama.

Glad you chose this version of "Across Endless Dimensions" as the MV is much better than any others. This was a Sony music production and acenes from the movie were included. They waited for the start of the ending credits to do DIMASH's song and the audience was captivated at the grand premiere in Italy. Audiences were stunned and gathered in lobby later talking about "Who is He?" "Why have I not known about him already?" YAY, I WAS worried that you'd choose the Digital concert version....THIS is a great one!! :) This is from a hit movie starring William Shatner (from Star Trek). The Italian Director thru a long process of trying to find a singer for his movie.... and with the help of an assistant or producer "found" Dimash, not knowing his music before and gushed that he has the "MOST beautiful voice in the world" and desperately wanted DQ to sing his movie's theme song. I guess it wasn't a sure go due to DQ's schedule, but they persisted and here is the result of their persistence...there is a video on YT of an interview of the Director and Assistant Director or producer explaining this story!! He got to keep the jacket by the way and used it in a concert once :)

I don't like sifi at all BUT he has another mv of this with a completely different background. Of course, the singing is the same. I think it is nicer IMO. Please ck out all his performances on The Singer competition in 2017. You will see what he did at 22. After that look for his concerts. Bastau is my favorite and the production is really great.
