There are multiple performances of The Diva Dance, they each are very different. Bastau version is a favorite, less than 2 minutes, the other is a combination of The Drunken Concubine and Diva Dance, maybe a double reaction 😂❤, thank you Jess and Mike.

I recommend those other versions, too. He sounds better in the Bastau version. Practice makes perfect, but this first version is more fun for the fall and the audience reactions. There's a longer tape where he continues to lie there collecting his breath and some of the audience starts to worry about him. No problem, of course.

Hello, friends! Dimash sang the first verse of the song "Confessa" in Chinese, wanting to show the audience his respect and love. And another feature of the performance of songs by Dimash: in each song he LIVES the whole text, the whole meaning laid down by the author. The song is tragic - he suffers, the song is cheerful - he enjoys life, the song is philosophical - and Dimash reflects on life together with the author... Plavalaguna's aria for the film "The Fifth Element" was assembled by sound engineers from fragments of a performance by FIVE opera singers! In addition, the recording was processed on a computer with additional amplifications and sound distortions. When everything was mounted, all the experts unanimously declared that no one could sing IT, because it was simply impossible to sing it! Many singers tried to sing this aria, some even partially succeeded, but no one had such a masterly voice as Dimash.

Hello Mike and Jess! Dimash on stage is always passionate. Her mama said she didn't know him sometimes, so different on stage. Just a little note to get us all back to reality. First off, I love Dimash and listen to him almost exclusively now. I think he is the best singer on the planet, maybe that ever was. However, even Dimash cannot sing the complete aria from the Fifth Element because it has some computerized/synthesized elements that the human voice can not produce. Having said that, he definitely sings the closest version of anyone I've heard. It is so amazing. I do like the Bastau version better, but both are INCREDIBLE!

Now you have to react to the two other (later) versions, in which he has developed his singing even further - hard to believe but true. The first one is from his Bastau concert sung with unmatched precision after having performed already half of his concert. The second one us the duet with Beijing Opera singer Li Yugang embedded in the song Drunken Concubine, and spiced up with a big surprise.
