You think that if someone points out that this is a music video and not a live performance that somehow means something negative towards Dimash or does it shatter your delusion that Dimash must always sing live. What exactly is the threat to you about this not being a live performance? Also take note my original comment didn't have your name in it, so do yourself a favor and stop the fake offense. @The Warrior 4ever I realize now that English is not your native language so I'm going to give you a pass on thinking my original comment was some how negative as some things get lost in translation especially unfamiliar grammar. But I'm going to offer a suggestion for future interactions with people from different cultures and languages, rather than assuming something that was not actually said, ask questions first that way you know for sure what the intent of the comment is instead of assuming the intent (in this case wrongly assuming).

I once watched a video of a Russian fashion designer whom Dimash had asked to design some clothing for a tour he was doing. She and her assistant brought the clothing in for him to try on and he liked them. They packed up to leave and she said he noticed the women did not have anyone helping them get the containers back to their vehicle and Dimash ran over and said "let me help you with these things". He took them out to the car for them! One time he was doing a concert in another country and he was told there was a nursing home struggling near where the concert was. After the concert, he took all of his famous flowers to the elderly residents there and donated every penny of the profits from the concert to help these precious ones. On one occasion an American sing off lied to him, telling him he would not be competing against children and he left the last night allowing the children they were going to introduce to win the giving the millions to two little ones who were competing on the program. The next day, he was informed that a village near his home town of Aktobe had burned down. After giving the millions to the children the night before, he immediately donated 4 million to the village to get them back on their feet. Kazakhstan people do not believe in adults competing with children as they might feel intimidated and they fully believe that the elders should always be honored and supported. He does not like people knowing these things but a couple of things have slipped out and it shows his heart and how he cares for others.

Dimash is the best, the King of all singers! His voice has vibrato, incredible highs, high quality bass, control of his whisper, extraterrestrial whistle. He has stage presence too and he is master with microphone technique utilization. He is a respectful son, a loving brother, good to his fans and humble even though he is the best singer. Another person would be extremely arrogant. Dimash is from another planet. As I always say: Dimash is an angelic singer sent to Earth by God to sing for us, poor mortals. Also Dimash showed how to acting, like in the "Be with me" song... In this song, he bends down to interpret the moment when he reduces his voice and discreetly throws the pedestal back. Finally, he delivers that high pitched sound by his voice like an eletric guitar with distortion and reverb, directing his upper and forearm from left to right beautifully with the final vibrato. Congratulations to Igor and all musicians behind Dimash. The songs are beautiful.

The composer (Piergiuseppe Zaia) initially composed this as an orchestral piece for his film, "Creators: The Past". It's on the soundtrack of the film, and the title of the piece is "The Story of Jesus". When asked about the song, Zaia said that it's about the Garden of Gethsemane. After lyrics were written for the composition (under the title "Across Endless Dimensions"), the composer said that the song, for obvious reasons, should be sung by the most beautiful voice in the world. His co-producer started googling for the most beautiful voice in the world, and she quickly came up with Dimash's name. After watching some of Dimash's youtube videos and being mind-blown, she showed them to Zaia, who immediately contacted Dimash's team. Zaia created a demo recording for Dimash to hear the song. It required 3 different singers to make the demo, and even then the operatic soprano couldn't reach the highest notes at the end. Dimash agreed to go to Italy to record this track for the film's closing credits. Sony released Dimash's track last year with a video, using green screen and FX in which Zaia inserted Dimash into scenes from his science fiction film...so lots of spaceships, aliens and such. This new, just-released video you reacted to is Dimash's own creation/production, as he imagines the song. For me, this video seems closer to the original intent of the composition. I would love to know what Piergiuseppe Zaia thinks of it.

Hi there... This song is from an Italian sci Fi movie "Creators-The Past".. there is an official music video, it is beautiful and full of mystical imagery from the movie.. the writer/director of the movie composed the song, and DIMASH needed three (3) vocalist to demonstrate the song, because of the wide range, although the soprano had trouble reaching the high notes, DIMASH was perfect... Please watch the MV.... Also, DIMASH is independent artist, and the DIMASH/Ali creative center, managed by DIMASH's dad Kanat, is responsible for all production. DIMASH is very particular and a perfectionist, he listens to advise, but ultimate decisions to musical arrangements lies with DIMASH... Believe when we say that there is nothing this young man can't do... I strongly suggest you watch the original video that was released of this song in January 2020. It is a movie trailer for Creators: the Past and the music was written by the author and director of the movie. Dimash is the only one who could do justice to this music.

Great reaction! I really love the song - Dimash is a rock star here! This performance recorded during the pandemic. There's also a MV of this song that was released in 2020. This is an OST to the movie "Creators - The Past". The Italian composer of the song said in an interview that he had to take 3 singers (Baritone, Tenor, Soprano) in order to demo the song to Dimash and even they couldn't sing all the notes.

I started watching Dimash's performances from 2017. They blew my mind. And he has kept getting better and better every single year! For example, you have no idea how much his English has improved! His range has expanded too, if that is possible, and his stage presence is better and better. He is not shy to mention his idols, the people who inspired him to get better at each aspect of being an incredible performer. You will not be surprised to know that he counts Michael Jackson as one of his idols. I hope you get to react to Lara Fabian, another of his idols. She's a living legend in her own right, but not very well known in the US. He covers several of her songs and even sang several duets with her. When you get to her, remember to react to her live performances. They are stunning in terms of emotions and acting the lyrics. I love Dimash's version of Across Endless Dimensions that was a promotional video for the Italian science fiction movie Creators-the Past with clips from the movie. But I can see how he would rerelease the song strictly as a music video without the connection to the movie for a broader reach. BTW there was talk of Dimash acting in Creators2. I would love to see that. There is a third version of this song. It's the black and white version of just Dimash's face in shadow that was used to roll credits against at the end of Creators- the Past. The reports said that the audience in Italy was transfixed and when he hit the end note people gasped and jumped from their seats. Afterwards people gathered in the lobby wondering who on earth that was. I hope the movie comes to America soon. Can't wait to see it.

I personally prefer the movie sound track version. The special effects combined with his voice and actions are just spectacular.

I like both versions for different reasons, but it irritates me a bit that people claim this to be 'live' when it's obviously a lip-synced version of the movie video. Nothing wrong with lip-syncing, of course! Sometimes necessary and desirable.

@@danrowden3898 Yes, they're both obviously from the same studio sound track, and I think most people realize that; or should realize that. It takes nothing away from the enjoyment of watching.

@@lanellehanke5351 Indeed. This is a great clip. Sadly I've run into a few Dears who get quite upset at being told this isn't live. The point in doing so is that it does not help an artist's reputation for their fan base to be less than honest about it, especially when lip-syncing is a normal thing that's been going on since the 60s.

As always, I loved your reaction. This song is from a Sci-Fi movie called "The Creators". There is actually a music video with scenes from the movie that Dimash has on his channel. It is a great production and worth checking out. The director of Creators: The Past, Piergiuseppe Zaia who is also the composer of the final song for this film had heard Dimash previously and insisted on having him sing this song. He prepared a demo version of the song for Dimash, with the various elements performed by three different singers, given the limited vocal range of normal humans.
