Before he started he did something completely different to any intro I've seen from him.. He floated into the singing area, almost circling it.. Then his face showed such seriousness, and even as the heartbeat slowed and stopped, on his face was an expression of contrition, I can't think of a better word, almost as if he was saying "I'm sorry for the suffering you've had to endure".. But here is what heaven sounds like, so you know where you come from.. Incredible artist, such depth and warmth and love emanates from him.. He is here for us, to relieve our suffering..

This is a new composition requested by Dimash to Igor Krutoy. It was composed for Dimash. Dimash is a Muslim and Igor was raised Jewish. I read that Kazakh Moslems celebrate Christmas and Easter. The populace is 60% Moslem and 30% Christian, and they are not bigoted….they mix very well. They are not political Moslems, being on the Silk Road and influenced a bit by Europe. So Igor with Jewish leanings and Dimash with Moslem leanings producing and performing a salutation of an Angel, Gabriel about Mary being preferred amongst women by God to bear His Son Jesus, who was about to introduce God’s Kingdom and the Christian church, to the world, is a very unifying demonstration of solidarity amongst those who really love God as commanded.

You should have heard him sing it in one of his concerts. It was nearly a spiritual experience. What a voice! What an aura! I know Dimash's abilities very well but experiencing that godgiven voice coming out of that most charismatic person live is indescribable, actually unbelievable. I stood in awe, staring, crying with joy, unable to properly process what I witnessed. He is a miracle, a genius. Well he's Dimash, the one and only. I can't wait for his next concert.

He had difficulties witch his ear pieces and had to sing SOS in a different way and according to my opinion there is other evidence for him singing really live. Or do you think only Ave Maria wasn't live?I honestly would like to know why you doubt. I mean everybody may have his own opinion but do you have any facts for your conclusion? I am eager to learn. Still if it wasn't live he blew my mind...

No words or adjetives to describe such a beauty … sublime…. ethereal. Igor and Dimash gave us the most precious piece of art. 🔝🔝 👉 The Ave Maria is a catholic prayer. On the other side Schubert’s music composition (a lead) in 1825 was called Ellens dritter Gesang, based on a Walter Scott poem “The Lady of the Lake” and it was not Intended to be a religious piece originally. This was a very enjoyable reaction and analysis. Dimash's rendition of "Ave Maria" is one of the most beautiful pieces of music I have ever listened to, and only Dimash's voice could evoke such a profound emotional response in me. This rendition touches the very core of my soul. I have watched this performance numerous times already since it premiered, and no matter how many times I have already watched it, I am still moved to tears the moment I hear the first note sung by Dimash's angelic voice. This was the final of three songs Dimash premiered in August 2021 during his appearance at the annual New Wave music competition in Sochi, Russia. He once again performed with Igor Krotoy on the piano. This is a vocalise interpretation of Schubert's "Ave Maria " 's opening vocals." Igor Krutoy composed this rendition for Dimash; it is not a cover. I read somewhere that the piece uses only three bars from the original composition and changes the fourth note to a higher note. Someone explained that Dimash called Igor Krutoy with an idea for a brand new interpretation of Ave Maria and asked him to compose the music. Dimash is said to love Gregorian choral music, which is where he got the inspiration. Igor composed the music, after which Dimash conceived these exquisite vocals. Someone else likened it to "a leap from "dark to light" which is the same contrast as Dimash's outfit (dark to light)!" Another “Dear” fittingly described Dimash’s performances like this: "Every time I hear this beautiful man sing, it feels like he punches a hole in my chest and holds my heart in his hands, holding it so gently, until he finishes singing. Then releases it and removes his hand from my chest, and I'm left with an empty, aching feeling which can only be filled by listening to him sing again! It's a beautifully tortured relationship with Dimash." As you certainly know, the last note Diamsh sings is known as "Messa di Voce," the singing of a gradual crescendo and decrescendo on a long sustained note. It is considered one of the most challenging vocal exercises, and voice experts regard it as the ultimate test for any singer, a skill even the most experienced vocalists rarely ever master. There are at least 11 other compositions titled "Ave Maria" and over 40 different renditions of these versions. The version most people are likely familiar with is Schubert's 1825 composition or the 1853 Gounod composition, based on a famous Bach keyboard prelude written 137 years earlier. Not only is Dimash an incomparable singer, he has become the encyclopedia of singing for all the singing teachers who have had the pleasure of reacting to his talent, because they no longer react to this or another song, they react to his talent, his dynamics , his control, his interpretation, how he uses his body and expressions to transmit the emotion that the song demands, regardless of the language... this boy is wonderful without underestimating the fact that there is a range of incredible singers out there and although his style or his music or his origin is not to everyone's liking one thing remains for granted, the boy is unique, he is blessed and also the greatest virtue he has is that he is a totally humble and impeccable human being... If I'm not mistaken, this “Ave Maria” by composer and conductor Igor Krutoy is a work in vocalize format, completely unpublished, although it seems to be a variation of the initial theme (not the introduction but the singing part) of the melody by Schubert adapted to Dimash's voice in order to explore just as three initial notes and changing the fourth note to a higher note (From B4, A4 D #4 C #4 and B4 to G #4, G4, G4, D #5): Like a leap from "dark to light" which is the same contrast as Dimash's outfit (from dark to light)! It also seems to refer to the Russian V. Vavilov's version of "Ave Maria" (wrongly credited to Caccine) and work by JS Bach - Prelude No. 1 in C major, BWV 846, with arrangements by Gounod, which Maetro Igor Krutoy has a predilection for!

What a marvelous reaction, very educational. Your approach together with your personality that comes through very strongly is to be admired. You're such a beautiful person. I need to point out that Dimash seems to use his hands and arm movements not only to guide himself but more importantly keeping the rest of the musicians on their toes as to where the music is going. This is clearly confirmed when you watch his sudden hand movement when he pauses to hit the final notes. The percussion instruments are extremely effective both at the beginning and the end if the song. Let's give credit too to the musicians, especially the choir and backing voices. Dr Marisan: Master Singing KZbin channel tends to go into a lot of detail due to her education and professional experience which I really enjoy. She mentioned that this Ave Maria was probably inspired by Caccini, where he only used the words “Ave Maria” for the entire song whereas Igor and Dimash have chosen to mainly say only the “ah” vowel. She also mentioned that both versions started on the same A flat. Dr Marisan’s analysis picks out differences in Dimash’s vibrato, breathing and supporting technique. Additionally, Dimash sings the same high F (F6) that he sang in “Queen of the Night”. However, Dimash can sing higher than a F6. I believe that last note was messa di voce. It is universally considered a very advanced vocal technique. To be properly executed, the only feature of the note being sung that should change is the volume - not the pitch, intonation, timbre, vibrato, and so on. This requires an extremely high level of vocal coordination, particularly in the diminuendo, so the technique is not often explicitly called for and is rarely heard outside classical music.
