I feel and think about Dimash like you. I don't think most people realize the depth and genius of what they are witnessing. All they know is that they are drawn like moths to a flame. This songs bears some background info that is important to fully grasp Dimash's performance. It's is about a true event. A couple died in a tram accident, but before it fell they managed to left their young son to safety. The son watched as they plunged to their deaths and was left an orphan. A popular singer songwriter wrote this emotional song and later adopted the boy. It touched Dimash deeply when he first heard it and wanted to sing it. He first sang it on Singer, but was sick at the time ....although, being the professional he is pulled off the performance. But it's this performance at Bastau that really shows his utter vocal and emotional investment in the song. There is no one now or ever like him. He will be one for the history books. A vocal legend.

Regarding to what you have just stated that his vocals are better than a computer,I remember a funny comment from a reactor who said that" even the autotune is jealous of him".His vocals in this specific song are olympic level,his voice is soaring to unknown heights by any earthly standards .Who could dare cover such a song?I really doubt it!If you had looked for Gloria Wu's story behind the song,that would definitely add to this extremely emotional sad song.Dimash is able to channel to us such sheer emotions like no one else.

FABLE MY DEAR!.....THANKS for your reactions to Dimash!!!!.....Dimash loves the stage. When He was 5 years old He would go up on stage with her mother after she finished singing. He thanked and loved the applause, this is what his mother says in an interview. I was at dimash s concert in New York, I had travelled for 10 hours by car from Canada to be there... of course as soon as he got on stage I whipped out my phone to record it... I wasn’t even looking through my phone and completely forgot it was there (as I realized later with my ugly cries and off pitch singing when he asked us to sing with him) but oh dear am I glad I recorded it. It’s such a precious memory that I’ll probably never live again. Unless he comes to my city which is highly unlikely. Even if the performance exists on KZbin and I can just rematch it. Something about having the angle I was at, seeing the whole thing just feeling it again, makes me so happy. Watching him live was spiritually healing. The fans were incredible..... but also... it literally was dimash. His voice was the same! But he was so cute saying : oh uh sorry I’ll be back in the middle of performances like he’s giving his parents a show for Christmas.

Absolutely incredible as always. Dimash is truly a gift from above. Though he looks much to thin in this performance. Dimash's father said he worried about Dimash's health, with all the performing he was doing, because Dimash puts so much of himself into each performance. He literally comes off stage drenched in sweat.
