Димаш создал эту песню в возрасте 22-23 года. Она стала его дипломной работой на отделении композиции в университете. Он искал поэта, который написал бы слова, которые выразили его мысли. Он тогда работал в Китае. И китайские друзья нашли ему такого человека, не помню, к сожалению, его имени.... По просьбе diars, которые обратились в его отцу с запросом, Димаш включил эту песню в репертуар международного тура до пандемии. Сейчас он не поет ее на концертах... А жаль!!!!! Очень люблю эту песню, ее посыл Миру, страсть и боль Димаша, которые не могут не трогать живые сердца людей...... Спасибо, Димаш. Спасибо, сэр, и вам за вашу реакцию! Здоровья вам и всех благ. He wrote the music, the lyrics are in Chinese. Even the song is about opposites. Musically its an up-tempo song with lyrics that are a plea. Dimash lives and breaths music and bringing peace to the world. I do hope his words reach the people who can do something about the tragedy that is our world.

Many talented artists rise up, get famous, and then in order to stay “popular”, they have in to the trendy demands and slide down the morality scale. Yes, it takes a lot of courage and conviction to write songs like Dimash when the world is hostile and crazy. I applaud Dimash a million percent. Like he had said many times, there are no bad nations. Most people, though different, but are all good people… It only takes a few bad leaders to wage wars and killing millions of innocent people. Dimash composed the music as his masters thesis. He told a Taiwanese lyricist what he wanted to convey, and the lyrics were written in Chinese. Then a Chinese company copyrighted the song and wouldn't give Dimash permission to perform it. It took a few years to sort out, I think there was a lawsuit involved, but eventually Dimash was able to regain the rights to his own song.

💥An American, we grew up in Kazakhstan and my father still calls him "rock n roll boy" to tease us !. At 16 we were all around the same age and he'd made a video singing with a guitar player and a drummer and Dad saw it on state tv. We got hold of a bandit tape of him singing this song, in China in concert I think, all of us crowded around watching, about 20,21 laughing, pushing and shoving, will you look at him ! So proud. My sister and some friends were attending uni with him, he was, and still is our guy and still, so proud. 🌿🍃

@@michaelelliott8536 My pleasure Michael. My brothers and sister live there, my brothers went to school with Raushan, sister and friends with Dimash our parents remain friends and I visit. Years ago, I was at university in England, a friend called me, you KNOW how cold it is, I agreed to tutor a girl and the only time we could do it was 5 am. So.. here I am, duofolds ( long underwear) 3 pairs of ski pants, sweaters, knit cap, my Arctic parka, dark, trudging I decided to cut through the gym, dank, dark. cold, I could see my breath ! hear a noise scares me to death and I creep around and see that lunatic Dimash in the dark, pro cap on easing into the pool and swimming laps ! Did you say anything ? Heck no he was in the Dimash zone. I forgot he swims every day but 4:45 in this weather ? Whew ! That's serious dedication. The Dimash zone was half focused eyes, usually humming, a far off look, bumping into things and grinning ear to ear rubbing whatever he smacked while everyone watched, laughing as well. Now, we're all grown up and once in awhile, I still see that humming boy in him onstage and I laugh.

In my opinion, Dimash was given a rare Gift by the Almighty, combining vocal talent, charisma, hard work and enormous energy - all to solve global social problems, including changing the world on the physical and mental level. He does not back down from what he believes. He appeared on a short lived talent show here in America called World's Best. He was told he would not be required to compete against children which in his culture (as it should be in ours) adults encourage children, not compete against them. Of course, he blew past the adults and they tried to pit him against two children, one of which he knows from his country. He explained to the judges that he was going to withdraw from the competition to allow the children to move forward thus giving up a million dollar prize he would have surely won. Two of the three judges , especially Ru Paul treated him terribly on air. He held his own and did so very respectfully in the face of their ugliness. He did not back down and the money meant nothing compared to his integrity and cultural beliefs. I loved him before he did that but after even more. A real man.

Песня "Кайран элим", на казахском языке. Она много недель возглавляла американский чарт МТV, кажется. Номер 2 это песня, посвященная всем, кто борется с пандемией, врачам, людям, вселяет Надежду и Веру, что вместе победим, "Мы едины". И третья песня посвящена его учителю, уважаемому композитору, которого унесла пандемия. Он спел его песню, которую он исполнял еще юношей. Но КАК он ее спел!!! Stopping the song every phrase to translate for a few is kind of unfair to the rest of us trying to listen to and enjoy the song. Maybe you could do the song twice and let them hear it each phrase at a time the second time. Dimash composed the music and inspired the lyrics....who he hires a writer to put in musical form. But the message is his. I love this song. One of my absolute favorites...among the many. Dimash sings with more than conviction...he sings with utter truth and vulnerability. This song was written for his Masters degree, as part of the thesis. He is now studying for his PhD. I think of the knee pads every single time he falls to his knees, just like you do! There'll come a time when his signature falls will no longer be possible though. I'm sure we will all miss it, but we won't wince for him any more which will be good. 🤣🤣🤣 I watched a wonderful documentary about the Dimash Dears the other day. There are groups of Dears all over the world raising money for charities and sharing what they are doing in order to inspire others to do the same. They are spreading peace and love and compassion everywhere. It is a movement that he inadvertently started. It is building and it is beautiful. Imagine what the world could be like if we all do this for each other? It will transform the human race. For those who think it cannot be done, I would urge them to think again.

His words are strong, and truthful. The music is haunting, the effects and of course his voice, bring an astounding reality to this world. I think peace is just something unattainable, but we still can dream, right. Dimash was sent to us, so we can see inside our own souls. One of my best songs from our prince. His facial expressions says it all. Thanks for reactions to Dimash, I think you can appreciate his special talents.

Hi Paul. With love from Russia. Dimash wrote the music for this song during his studies, as a course work. He absorbed his worldview with his mother's milk. This is clearly seen from his childhood interviews, even then he clearly formulated what was important to him, which was: love in the Homeland, peace for every person and the opportunity to achieve his dreams

💥An American, we grew up in Kazakhstan and my father still calls him "rock n roll boy" to tease us. At 16 we were all around the same age and he'd made a video of himself singing with a guitar player and a drummer and Dad saw it on state tv. We got hold of a bandit tape of him singing this song, in China, in concert I think, all of us crowded around watching, about 20,21 laughing, pushing and shoving, will you look at him ! So proud. My sister and some friends were attending uni with him, he was and still is our guy, and still, so proud.

I've always thought DImash was vocally very courageous, but as you point out yes he has great courage to address war and peace in this turbulent time, where "stars" can get "cancelled" for just about any reason. I really enjoy your commentaries and how you have been getting to understand Dimash very deeply.
