Dimash is a 29-year-old Kasakh vocalist and composer; he speaks kasakh, russian and english and is learning mandarin chinese. He sings in more than 14 languages, plays 7 musical instruments. He graduated from the Kazakhstan University of Arts with a master's degree in composition and a doctorate in musicology. He also dances, acts, and is an advertising model (he is 6.3 feet tall). He has received countless awards and honors around the world. He was recently in Los Angeles, USA, working on his new material that his fans (he affectionately calls us "dears") are looking forward to. He is a kind, well-mannered and compassionate person who leaves his culture and his country very well attached wherever he goes.

Great reaction Slashlley. You have been Dimashed. Join the ranks of millions of “dears” around the world.. You mention Dimash doing duet with Fleur who is also a brilliant vocalist. However, Lara Fabian has been Dimash main influence from an early age. I recommend you watch Dimash , Lara and Aida Garafulina singing together in celebration of Russia’s foremost contemporary composer Igor Krutoy who plays on the piano during the performance and came out of retirement to compose and write this song SOS and many other superb songs especially and solely for Dimash. The list of Igor compositions for Dimash are endless. During my 68 on Earth I have seen and heard some incredible singers but for me Dimash surpasses all of them. 💕

Dimash Qudaibergen (di-MOSH Koo-dye-BEHR-gen) is a talented artist from Kazakhstan who began his formal training at the age of 5. He is professionally trained in opera, contemporary music, and musical theater. His diverse discography includes genres such as pop, R&B, EDM, rock, folk/traditional, neo-classical, opera, and even rap and hip-hop with a vocal range of 7+ octaves: C1-D8(which doesn't exist on a standard 88-key piano). Qudaibergen has performed songs in 15 languages and is fluent in Russian and Kazakh while also possessing some proficiency in English and Chinese. A multi-instrumentalist, composer, songwriter, producer, director, and actor, he owns a production company called Dimashali Creative Center. Yeah, there are so many things that could be said about this and all other Dimash songs. Part of the problem, especially to vocal coaches who react, is that Dimash presents so many different aspects directly related to the human voice that they may have discovered (as one coach said) that he IS the lesson [to take home]! Here too you had to probably stop a lot tear. I like this reaction.
