GREAT technique, and I have this stamp set too. I can only imagine how beautiful it is in person!!! I'm in Canada, Ontario, but I am from NB. Very pretty card France. Another idea for the Velum would be to colour the back of the flower within the lines too. It may give the same impression just not as heavy ;) Thanks for your inspiration.

I totally agree with Nancy Martinez- it's really beautiful, and I just got my Stampin Up shipment today with Vellum in it. I also forgot that little tip about pushing down on the ink pad to make a little pallet of color.

Is card stock vellum the same as regular vellum you would purchase at Mikes or Hobby Lobby??
