OMGOODNESS! So glad I found you! I lived near Tarpon Springs, Florida for years and if you don't know it is a Greek community that actually has sponge docks and fabulous Greek food! I get back there a couple times a year but I have found you and I feel like I can now cook great Greek food for my very southern (greens, ham hocks, fried chicken southern dishes, lol) husband. I made this dish last night and the only thing I did different was I added a plum tomato cut into wedges instead of the grape tomatoes (which were terribly expensive and not fresh). HE ABSOLUTELY LOVED THIS! which is a major compliment because he really likes traditional southern cuisine. I loved it because it was simple and I love using lemon with chicken because I find that it keeps chicken breast very moist if you use bone in breast. He said that it got 5 stars out of 5 and that I could put it into our rotation menu!!!!Wow! I am thrilled! I can't wait to try a lot of your videos!!! Thank you so much for making me a rockstar in my kitchen again!
