i love dim sum. i can't picture a day when there is no more dim sum. i think overall young people don't have the patience for apprenticeships like becoming a dim sum master but there will always be a demand for dim sum and if there are fewer dim sum cooks, they will be paid more.

Thanks for sharing a glimpse into England Dim sum scene. It's such an art that I worry will be lost due to the convenience generation. I miss a lot of the old school dim sum dishes that are more time consuming. I love BB and her love for knowledge. It's eye opening to know just how long it can take to even become an assistant wow! Love from USA HK born 💖💖💖💖💖

Thank you for this wonderful video. I am a Dimsum apprentice myself, it is easy to learn but hard to master. The filling, the wrapper and so on. It is an endless learning to do. I felt so privileged working with a Dimsum chef with more than 40 years of experience. Learning dimsum is not boring it's giving you the eagerness to learn.

Of course! I was using Zeiss FE 4/24 - 70, which is what I use the most for observational style shooting. It's gives a good depth of field

Sure that the PK and DNLM were kept at a minimum for the shooting. The few heard on camera were the team holding back.

Good job! I really enjoyed it. I love dim sum. I don't think it'll ever go away though. Too many people around the world make it very well. :) Did you coach the people on speaking? Why did they switch between Cantonese and Mandarin?
