There’s no specific reason why but there is several scenes where she begins cry such as Ellie brutally killing David with a machete or when Henry kills his OWN brother when he turns and tries to bite Ellie and later shots himself. In TLOU Part II, there is more scenes that related like the ones that I just pointed out. I’m not going spoil it since she hasn’t played the whole yet. I think we can all agree that TLOU Part II is very emotional
