To deep clean your brushes its a good way to wash them on a sink wetting the brush facing the bristles down so that the water does loosen the barrel.. and wash them with shampoo and conditioner, like this they will smell nice and feel really soft, Pat them dry with a towel and leave them on a towel to dry, best to leave them to dry over night. Hope this helps x

Best way to clean make up brushes is to use a hair conditioner with warm water. As this will maintain the softness of the bristles on the brush. Hope this helps :)

to wash my brushes i pour some washing up liquid onto a plate, and some vegetable or olive oil.. dip the brush into the oil and you will see all the product cling to the oil.. and then clean swirl it in the washing up liquid to clean it and then wash it out (the washing liquid will get rid of the oil on the brush) .. and doing it on a plate means you just clean it off after :)

to clean your brushes, you could buy an actual brush cleaner which is specifically made for them, or to save you any effort looking for good brush cleaners, you can just use baby shampoo! It does the job (cleaning), while its gentle and not too harsh :) the perfect brush cleaner !

I had trouble with cleaning my brushes too! I went everyone looking, because i have sensitive skin, and everything really made me break out. I finally went to Sephora, and got theirs. It has vitamins and stuff, and it cleans the brushes thoroughly without making them smell!! :) Its 6$ for a small one, but you only spray it once!

That's a really great question. I am a Muslim girl and I wear hijab and I don't wear makeup outside my house/in front of men. Hijab symbolizes my desire to be appreciated for what's inside. God created us all beautiful and that there is nothing wrong with wearing make up in front of your relatives or in all-girl parties for fun. It is a problem that many girls rely on makeup to boost their self esteem and while I do not judge them, I am thankful that I am confident in the way I look naturally.

Watch Michelle phan's video on brush cleaning, she uses dawn hand antibacterial soap mixed with olive oil and then she swirls her brush around in that and then rinses them with lukewarm water! And make sure you DO NOT face them upwards to dry, it'll destroy your brushes :)

To clean your brushes you should use baby shampoo, preferably Asda's Little Angels Head to Toe, I've even used this on my hair lol it's fantastic!!!!

Okay fair enough you raised a good point about the marriage situation. But i still stand by what i say about the eyebrows. Someone plucking may not be to make ourselves look attractive but because YOU, YOURSELF are not comfortable with how they look or feel and want to feel more confident about yourself. You can clean your brushes by washing them wish a gentle shampoo and you should let them dry horizontaly, never standing, so that water does not go into the part where the bristles are glued together. The best is to washe them every week. To clean your make-up you can check for Beauty So Clean products. Take care

Hi Dina u shud watch Pixiwoo on KZbin. They are two sisters who rock the makeup world and are far better and experienced than anyone I have come across on ere. And they will show you how to apply your foundation and concealer correctly. To wash your brushes-use a brush cleanser or some sort of hand wash and move the brush in the palm of your hand till all the product has come out. Wet a little at a time and air dry them for a day or two on a towel

Baby shampoo isn't antibacterial, Michelle Phan has a video on how to clean your brushes. She really explains why some things work and others don't and all.. You can do a combination of babyshampoo and antibacterial soap though!

How to clean the brush: put a small amount of baby shampoo on your hand, and then clean the brush with the baby shampoo, then wash the brush with water, and flick the water out of the brush using your fingers. This should renew your brush

Phan also does a make-up brush cleaning video.. but look around on FB.. there are cheaper ways of cleaning your brushes, like with dish shop/baby soap/.. making sure ur brushes are tilted down as u set them for dry... u don't want the water going back into the root of the brush. ewww then.

don't delete your old beeeeeeeedios!! Also, I clean my make up brushes with baby shampoo, it works just as good as actual make up brush shampoos but it's a LOT cheaper. Just make sure they dry upside down or at an angle facing down so the glue holding the metal together doesn't get wet!
