That was so relaxing, watching you refinish that little dresser and turn it into a coffee bar! I think I’m going to do that with a similar item I have had for many years that my sister Tina gave me long ago when I needed furniture. I think she found it at a garage sale because it was old when she gave it to me. It’s been tucked away, in my garage for years and really needs refinishing. I never wanted to let it go because Tina suddenly passed away a few years ago and it just always meant a lot that she found me a piece of furniture back when I had nothing. I think I will refinish it and give it a new place in my home!

What do you use for the top of the coffee bar? I'm always worried about scratching the top. Do you use any type of sealer/ wax?

I always ask the employees what they recommend and they are very knowledgeable. The paint is supposed to have protection built it as long as you let it dry/seal properly. I got impatient and put my coffee machine on it early so there’s a part where the paint peeled up. So I’ll have to do some touch ups on it.
