I have been living in New York state for almost 43 years now but my husband and I were born and raised in Girard (just outside of Youngstown). All of our family still lives there and we make frequent trips back to the area (it’s only a four hour drive). I have been to the restaurant once a couple of years ago with my parents. The food is amazing!! 🤩😋

I grew up in Salem so we were about 10 minutes from the Dutch Haus. My favorite was the creamed chicken over biscuits. I haven't been there in over 8 years but have fond memories of it.
