Ok kids listen up. There are people in this country who believe that people that work certain jobs don't deserve to make a livable income from that job. "Well, he's just a line cook at a family restaurant. It's not a real career". Trust me, you can't do what this man does with the skill he has to do this, and neither can I. Reflecting on this job, I am still in awe of the level of precision it demands. Ultimately, I transitioned to a different career path due to the low pay, long hours, lack of benefits, and challenging work conditions. It’s astonishing that this role doesn’t offer at least $35/hour given the constant workload and intense physical demands. The job requires complete focus, with no downtime, and involves being hunched over for extended periods, which takes a toll on one’s body. I genuinely admire the structured approach and organized system this individual has created. It’s a well exactitude dance.
