Dinner Party with Famous Chicken Curry

So it has now become a "thing" to have a beginning of the year West African Curry Chicken dinner with friends. This past Sunday night was our night. The curry was fantastic and everyone - those who had previously had it, and the new ones - loved it!!! Sadly, one of our young couples who were suppose to come early to help me cook and learn the recipe were unable to make it due to some sickness in the home. SO - I may have to have another curry night real soon. ENJOY!!!!

The chutney you have in the bottle is Mrs Balls chutney a South African Chutney. Very popular here in South Africa. Let me know what you think of the taste. Suits the African chicken curry.
