My friends and I were just talking about going on an Alaskan Cruise in July of 2026 to celebrate an 80th birthday. We live near Seattle so it’s a reasonable price for us. I can’t wait, as I love cruising.

@thepapaskitchen is $219 the US price? it took me forever to try to get to the place where I could order this. Is there another discount for the Papas kitchen? And I wonder how much shipping is. Thank you. It will take the place of the air fryer and a toaster on my counter.

Not for a family with 11 children! They would need six or seven of these machines. How about Judah and his bride that might be a good gift for their wedding?

I'm a bit confused. Sous vide is by definition, a method of cooking where food is added to a water-tight container, typically a plastic or silicone pouch, and submerged in a water bath to cook low and slow. Does this machine actually sous vide? Or does it just add steam to the air fryer basket?
@thepapaskitchenКүн бұрын
It adds steam to the air fryer so the food doesn’t dry up.
@user-pt4zy1ub1lКүн бұрын
Thank you for confirming the false advertising. You can also add water to the basket of much less expensive air fryers for the same effect.

I will definitely buy one, love convenience especially when it comes to cooking. Thanks for sharing and demonstrating. May not be for everyone but I know it’s for me the lazy cook 😂
@keyauwee899 сағат бұрын
@@thepapaskitchenIf you try the same dish with an actual sous vide cooker, the difference in quality will be pretty obvious. There is a reason that some of the best restaurants in the world utilize sous vide, and it can't be beat, or replicated with an overpriced air fryer.

Pastor David, my comment of last week about you and your fellow Pastors' and spouses' silence in the face of an evil pride parade has not been answered. Perhaps you deleted it. Why not answer the comment/questions of an other Christian (me) instead of ignoring my valid points? By the way I wish to clarify that it was your daughter Sarah that mentioned the Mexico pride parade on her video about your visit. It was not you. However all of you knew what was about to take place in Mexico and were silent in the face of an evil pride parade.
@thepapaskitchen2 күн бұрын
Susan. Thank you for the question but you miss the point of my channel. It’s mostly about cooking. This venue is not the place for my opinion or even my biblical response to current cultural issues. Way too decisive for the kitchen. But I certainly do voice my thoughts etc in the proper public forum. Again thanks and hope this helps you understand
@susan-annewhite50132 күн бұрын
@@thepapaskitchen What do you consider a "proper public forum" and where can we find evidence of you speaking out against moral evil? We know your channel is mostly about cooking but that is beside the point. Your channel was the only forum for us to make it clear to you that we were shocked by the silence of you Pastors and spouses in the face of an evil pride parade in Mexico.

Salt your zucchini and onion first, let it drain off some liquid and you can pack more in the jar. Also keeps more crisp to the finished pickle.
