Pork roast

It is "boneless pork shoulder picnic", or "boneless pork butt" (I say definitely get the boneless cuts, don't bother with the bone-in cut). Bo😊th are similar & adjacent cuts of a pork shoulder roast. Both are inexpensive, tough cuts add require a good 9 to 11 hours in the slow cooker at a low temperature in order to get the pulled pork to come out & shred perfectly. It is so easy to do though does require a long, slow cooking process. Look it up on the internet, lots of good short videos and instructions. Good luck!

Ha! Just re-watched and saw her roast was bone-in. Purists say that is the most flavorful, & that's likely true, though if available, I still go for boneless cut. In any case, you see how easily she pulls it out before shredding the fully cooked roast, right? No problem.
