And that's that indeed. The duck looked fantastic. And Pepin's chocolate sauce! Kazow! I make a shit-tonne of peanut brittle ever year from my father's recipe, in the microwave. I've had one fail and that's because I didn't stir properly and it burnt. No thermometer necessary. As for Fanny? Yikes. Have a lovely yuletide all of you.
