We made your fish stew and it was wonderful! Since we don’t buy shallots, we substituted it with the white parts of scallions. This recipe has definitely been added to our regular menus and appreciate you sharing this! Yummy!

Mandy, you know that the rounded part (tip) of the peeler is supposed to be used to just lightly dig out the brown spots of the potatoes. They call them the "eyes" when theyre on the potatoes.. I hope this helps, so you don't have to peel away the most of your potatoes, or whatever you peel with that tool for that matter!🥰

That peanut butter and jelly song was very popular with our daughters, especially the oldest who is now 40. I think we have a video somewhere of her singing it and doing the hand movements when she was 8. We are not name brand peanut butter fans--the Kroger brand tastes great to us!

A good way to remove grease from hamburger/sausage is to use paper towels on end of spoon or spatula and move around in pan to pick up grease. No need to dirt a plate to drain it. Loved watching Stephen do the cooking.

Tim Horton is a Canadian coffee shop started by a hockey player. I worked for them here in michigan for 20years and loved it. But their peanut butter cookies are super good and haven’t found a recipe that comes close to theirs. Can’t wait to try this one ❤

For the bad spots or where the potatoe eyes are. I use the pointed tip of the potatoe peeler to core out the spot. Also very useful if you're coring out strawberry centers to add fillings!

Jif peanut butter is the best. The 1st time I saw it, I was 4 yrs old. I came home from the babysitter and a jar of Jif was on the porch. It was a tall porch with steps and at the top of the steps was the jar of Jif. That was in 1956. I have been hooked since then.

Hi there, I had to laugh 😃 when I saw how you were trying to get rid of the spot on the potato. FYI - the tip of your potato peeler, is what you need to use to cut away the eyes on the potato. It makes it alot easier and less waste. I love ❤️ your videos, thanks and have a Blessed Holiday!
