16:00 I think Gura is using a controller prop that's just an animated loop, but there is a neat piece of software someone made where you can add animated controller art that animates based on your controller input. The one I know about is called "Spud Controller."

The game you were curious about is called Devour, in case you didn't find out. Also, Mumei has shown herself to be an adorable psychopath. Some folks have compared her to Suisei in that regard.
