Have you tried using a yellow ball for putting? Also, you can put your Square on a pair of drawer tracks which will let you easily move the square either towards you 12" or towards the screen 12".

I haven't tried a different colored ball yet but it's something I've been meaning to do! And I've seen those tracks which look pretty awesome!!

Do you think the ball option matters. In the square software it asks what ball you’re using in the options (normal, premium, distance) Do you think that makes a difference with spin and distance?

The ball you select will definitely matter for distance. I don’t believe any of the metrics like spin or ball speed will change but you will certainly notice a difference between the 0 and 10% ball!

Agreed! Putting off the CCE isn't exactly ideal. I'll likely move the Square closer so I can putt from the edge of the 5x4 mat and hit from the edge of the CCE!
