In my opinion this is among the clips that shows how horrifying nature can be. All throughout this episode the mother and sisters were depicted as these powerhouses with how the camera shook anytime they took steps near it (say whatever you will about their hunting prowess). Then the pyroclastic flow comes along, flattens the mother, and tosses the sisters like a couple of ragdolls.

Exactly the way das’s sister were shrieking in terror/fear was like for them screaming out to das saying *RUN DAS RUN KEEP GOING LITTLE BROTHER AND DONT STOP RUN!!-* as they get sucked in Das Keep on Running for his life even though he knew his family was gone by the force of this Ashe storm! and it won’t be long before he to joins them as he screaming in terror himself saying *MOTHER,DAISY,DIANE NOOOOOO!!!* made me sad and broke my heart and to this day. It gave me slight ptsd as a youngling! 😢😫

Saying Daspletosaurus evolved into T. rex is inaccurate, T. rex was more closely related to Tarbosaurus and Zuchengtyrannus, two tyrannosaurid species from Asia, this means that T. rex ancestors originated in Asia and not North America

The Recent discovery of Zhuchengtyrannus has actually thrown a spanner in that particular theory, the high similarity between it, Tyrannosaurus and Tarbosaurus suggests Tyrannosaurus may actually be an Asiatic descended tyrannosaurid whose much greater size and power meant it outcompeted the American Tyrannosaurids like Gorgosaurus, Daspletosaurus and Albertosaurus. Of course that theory is still in development and obviously couldn't have been know when this was made

What about the Einiosaurus ceratopsians from the previous part? Did they evolve into Triceratops? Why didn't they show that? Doesn't make sense. It would only seem fair and logical, especially given that Triceratops is a common Late Cretaceous dinosaur, and it would've absolutely coexisted with Tyrannosaurus and Edmontosaurus, and it is a type of ceratopsian, just like the previously seen Einiosaurus, so why not?

I like watching dinosaur docs, but I hate that all of them use that silly Jurassic Park roar on any large, 2 legged predator. Especially when they hunt. Has anyone ever seen a video of a lion walking up its prey and roaring on the top of its lungs? The hunt would be over and lions would be extinct from starvation lol. Same is true with any predator and I highly doubt it was different with dinosaurs. And if dinosaurs are lizards, then show me a roaring lizard. Komodo dragons are the biggest and all they do is hiss.
