Diode Laser Cut On Fabric Using WeCreat Vision Laser

Cut fabric on a diode laser? Sure! Here is a demonstration on a 20 Watt diode laser. Using the WeCreat desktop laser in this video, but the settings used also apply to other brands of 20 watt lasers. If using a different wattage output laser, you will need to make some adjustments to speed, and possibly power.

Yes, but note that the lower layers may have scorched edges. Three layers of the thin polyester I use does OK, but is better on the CO2 laser.

Cool video, Roger. I “engraved” on jeans several years ago with a 100 watt CO2 laser & they turned out pretty well, but I never felt like I never got it dialed in quite right. I haven’t tried on the diode laser yet, but this reminded me I need to try it.

Can you cut out a sheet of embroidery patches if u scan in camera with sumbrella and 2 layers of embroidery backing
