00:02 Diode Transistor Logic (DTL) offers improved fan out and noise margin. 01:27 DTL NAND gate consists of biasing resistors, transistor, diodes, and inputs. 02:41 Diode Transistor Logic (DTL) NAND Gate has input combinations and corresponding output 03:56 DTL NAND gate has an active high output signal when both inputs are low. 05:02 During DTL operation, if A is 1 and B is 0, the output is 1 06:06 DTL NAND Gate is a logic gate circuit that operates based on reverse bias and forward bias principles 07:10 DTL NAND gate requires a voltage drop of 0.6V across its diodes for triggering 08:31 DTL logic family has improved noise margin but lower speed and power dissipation are its disadvantages.

Why DA and DB are in forward bias and D1,D2 are in reverse bias?

If anode is positive with respect to cathode then diode will be in forward bias and if anode is negative with respect cathode then diode will be reverse bias.
