Thank you sir for the excellent explanation... could you please tell me why the voltage across T3 is 0.7 V when both T2 and T3 is ON? Sir why the voltage is 0.2 V (Vce) and 0.7 V (Vbe)?

It is standard voltage across silicon pn junction. For Vbe it is like ON state voltage across diode which is 0.7Volts

Very nice explanation sir!! Just a small doubt...how you are saying that speed of charging of capacitor is increasing in this circuit. That was the main part i beleive...could you explain it again pls in other video?

At 9: 36 , This is seriously an error for 1st case when any input is low , nand outputs high . Then at last stage , you used kvl and we have vcc = 5v which is logic 1 . How can Vo be equal to 5volt(logic 1) when you did Vo = Vcc - IcRc4 - Vc4 (sat) - Vd ?? Please explain me this .

Any output voltage above 2.7V is considered to be a Logic High Volate for OUTPUT DEVICES.

Why in last case (A-1;b-1;c-1)we can not drive voltage from Vcc?? If we drive voltage from Vcc then T4 will be on.
