I do believe so .. so many now recorded over many years that I can’t recall exactly where or when - pretty sure Bill was on the ex-Sydney Elvis cruise couple of years back as I recall speaking with him socially on a cruise shop excursion … so that means I would have recorded him as no show on that cruise escaped my camera 😀. What I do on the channel is not for profit, I just got interested in the technology and thought this could be useful to help further promote our beloved Elvis' Legacy . Videos cannot be monetized because in my procedure, i use Elvis' original soundtrack and this already makes any kind of economic advantage unfeasible. I have his authorization and if you wish, I send you a print confirming the authorization to use the image made by himself, just tell me your email or other means for this. Thanks for asking Luigi. I don’t own any rights to the ELVIS and ETA performances I recorded in public places so I am unable to give you any owner’s permission. I’m not clear how you plan to use them in your work but if it’s non-profit and respectful and not taking advantage of the performer then I can’t see anyone objecting. Regards Duncan

@@duncanstuart3782 Thanks for the reply Duncan! In this small tribute I pay to Elvis I need the authorization of ETA and also of the person who filmed the images I will work on. In the case in question, I already have Diogo Di Light's authorization and I just needed the authorization of the person who filmed Diogo's images, in this case, you Duncan. Just this. Everything is done with great respect and affection. I'm also a fan of Elvis and I do the best I can for all of us who are his fans. When using your images, you will see thanks and credits for using your images both in the description and in the video itself. On my channel you can see videos already made with Pete Storm, Dean Z, Chris Connor, Moses Snow and Ted Torres Martin. The next works will be with Dwight Icenhower and Diogo "Di" Light. All correctly authorized, images and ETAs. As I said, I don't make a profit from this, I just do it because I like technology and I'm learning to use the tool that makes it possible to change one person's face to another. It's not a simple mobile app, it's something quite complex and requires a lot of time and patience to complete the process.
