Fun fact: in one of Diona's voicelines, she mentions that the traveller reminds her of a friend she used to have when she was younger, but disappeared like a dream. This was the spring fairy that Old Man Finch mentions in Springvale. The fairy only befriends children, and when they come of age she makes them forget about her, but the feeling of some memories remains. Before the oceanid's departure, she blessed Diona with the ability to make any drink she makes wonderful. However, this is counter intuitive to her task of destroying the wine industry, making her become the very perpetrator of the industry she tries to sabotage. This is how the tsundere Katzlien bartender is created.

Fun fact: no matter how hard Diona tries as long as the drink is made in her hand it will always taste good. This is because the Springvale fairy(an oceanid in springvale) blessed Diona as a goodbye gift so that anytime she makes a drink it will always taste delicious. She can literally mix the most disgusting things as a smoothie and it will taste delicious.

well to clarify upon op's comment, Diona doesn't really remember the spring fairy, she just has sparse lingering memories of the fairy that she believes to just have been a dream. She doesn't actually _know_ that she has been blessed, even if she recognizes her strange ability. She says in the hangout event that it's her "constitution," meaning she thinks that she's just naturally an exceptional bartender. Think of someone good at taking care of plants being told they have a "green thumb," that's basically what Diona thinks. Which is why all her methods of trying to make an awful drink are just to use vile ingredients or mess up the mixing process, instead of a magical method to counteract the blessing.
