@SC-hk6ui5 жыл бұрын
@@JurijsJutjajevs Cheers Jurijs. I'm a big fan and though it would be worthwhile mentioning this. Of course it does not mean that secondary reactions do not occur that have an impact on nitrogen cycling. The value is far more surrounding the many molecules that are absorbed by activated carbon and then released at a later date. Great video man :-) well done

friend, you convinced me to sell my 60x45x40 and buy an Ada 60p. Do you think it is a good decision? I have an Eheim Pro 4 250 T filter that I want to use on the Ada 60p. Do I keep hoses 16/22 or change them to 12/16? Won't it damage the filter?
@JurijsJutjajevs3 жыл бұрын
I would keep the 60x45x40. Much more depth and for this better suitable for contests, if you wish. If not, just from the form factor and joy a regular 60p looks better within the space imo. Go for 12/16mm outflow and stick to 16/22 inflow

Hello Mt. Jurijs Would you be so kind to help me please? I have a serious filtration problem in one of my aquariums, specifically in a 240-liter aquarium. In this aquarium my filter has suddenly broken down, and I am using one that I have borrowed provisionally for a few days (the filter is absolutely insufficient, but it is better than "nothing", although the aquarium fish, prawns and plants are suffering very much the consequences ) I need to buy a filter urgently, but I have many doubts, and this time I do not want to do it badly, and invest my money in another useless external filter for my 240-liter aquarium .... so I'll summarize my query in one question. There is always talk that the right filter should filter at least 3 times the actual liters of water in your tank in an hour. Well that is the minimum figure ... But what is the optimal figure? According to your criteria, a filter how many times per hour is the ideal and suitable number for a well-planted aquarium with a large population of fish and invertebrates, a filter should filter???? I do not want to know the minimum, I know they are 3 times, but the suitable and adequate ?? If it were for a very planted aquarium, with a good population of fish and invertebrates ... What would be the appropriate figure according to your experience and criteria ... 4,5,6 10 times per hour ????? Thanks in advance Greetings from Germany. PS, For me, you are still "the best ... Your creativity and naturalness, together with how fast and spontaneous you are, is incredible ... it's extraordinary, I have never seen anything like it before."
@JurijsJutjajevs5 жыл бұрын
Sorry I missed this question previously, I always go for the biggest filter possible. In your case 240liter Aquarium i suggest Oase biomaster 600 thermo. Replace some of the original filter medium biological. Seachem matrix or similar. You can also use purigen in the top layer. I will soon make a video about this filter and optimum way to fill it with filtration materials. Ps: falls du Deutsch kannst, kannst auch auf deutsch schreiben
