अगर आप बीमार हे ओर DIP Diet ले रहे है तो आपको Plate १ यानी सलाद में नमक नही डालना है। अगर आप स्वस्थ हे तो सलाद में नमक ले सकते है।

better solution on digesting raw vegitables which can effect same day. 'by introducing more enzymes and healthy bacteria (like saurcraute/ home made aachar ) 1. include more of tomato , lemon, > more enzymes 2. more digestive spices (ginger, garlic, pepper, jeera, haldi, hing, sunth, imli ) 3. saurcraute (this are probiotics, which help to digest raw vegitables which is called prebiotics)

Mujhe Body odour ka bad smell aate the par ab thik ho gaye aur ye DIP diet start karne se 1 month ke andar hi puri tarah se bad smell chale gaye, mujhe low blood pressure, Anemia, nails ka bhi problem tha, par ab ye sab bilkul thik ho gaye aur mera dinbhar ka thakan bhi nahi hote ab, Mai pichle 3 mahine se DIP diet follow kar rahi hu aur mai ab bahut hi swasth hu. Ap bhi DIP diet start kijiye aur swasth se juri problem se mukt hoyai🙏

Going Plant based(Vegan) was really the life saving decision for me. Ditching Milk,Meat,Egg,Maida,Refined & Processed food,works well. Eating wholesome Plant based food has improved my health alot.I am 61 right now & I look even younger than people of my age.

Dear manas, I am following everything breakfast ( 4 fruits) lunch 4 veggis + 2 millet idlis with sambar, ,subji with raw coconut, moong sprouts But i am not able to take snack as my stomach is full. Then late evening I have 4 vegetables again, but I am not able to have any cooked food ( plate 2) .I finish my dinner with veggies around 7. I have lost a lot of weight 10 kg in 2 months and I am looking very slim. Is there any danger of becoming sick or contracting any illness? Am I losing immunity? I walk a lot ,my energy level is good, Kindly reply regarding cooked food.Can we all eat one time cooked food and stay healthy?

BRC Sir told to take Plate-2 immediately after Plate-1 for less cooked food intake. Also, avoid adding salt and masala on salad. Please correct the information.

Manas ji, very nicely explained Dr BRC DIP diet.I just started( 3days) this diet without my Diabetes and BP pill with apprehension but amazingly,my sugar level and BP are controlled and surprisingly did not increase. Will watch my condition for one month,then give my observation. Keep doing this honest work 👍🙏

Ht 153 CM, wt 48 kg reduced from 60 kg to 45 kg in 2020. Now it's been in contact last two years. Nowadays wanted to increase the weight 4-6kg. Kindly suggest for me. Thanks❤🙏🌹🌹. Than you very much for such an informative video. I am unable to eat that much salad. I follow the DIP diet completely, like I do not eat any junk lr any wrong food. I eat fruits as per my weight, but eating vegetables two times is difficult. Can I have just one meal for lunch and dinner?

Sir ji Me taking DIP dite since 2year , I May ding mistake 1. I take morning 2-3 glass of water , 1hour take smoothy , Like Tea Desi with , Dalia of “ Codhra -25-30 gr , sprouts, 10 -15 gr , 5-Badam , 1hour later taking Frits 4 type 650 hrs ,up 12 . 4-30 take desi Tea or coffi given by Dr , then Everything take salad 350 grams, then , after 1 hour , take sabji Chopati , May now I take as this video. My BP is normal, but sugar now batter .

*Eight Steps of DIP Diet: It is a plant based diet to keep you healthy and disease free.* *Step One: Eat atleast 4 types or 4 coloured regional/locally available seasonal fruits in between 8'O clock to 12.00 noon. Fruits quantity must be not below 10% grams of our body weight. If our weight is 60 kg then the quantity of fruits must be not below 600 grams. These fruits must be munched or chewed in atleast 20 to 25 minutes.* *Step Two: Eat Salad (Plate 1) before Lunch (Plate 2). Gap between Plate 1 & Plate 2 must be 15-20 minutes. Eat atleast 4 types or 4 coloured regional/locally available seasonal vegetables in Plate 1 (Lunch & Dinner). Salad quantity must be not below 5% grams of our body weight. If our weight is 60 kg then the quantity of vegetables Salad must not below 300 grams. These vegetables Salad must be munched or chewed in atleast 15 to 20 minutes.* *Step Three: 2 - 3 hours after lunch snacks around 5 PM. Take either Sprouts, soaked dry fruits or coconut.* *Step Four: Dinner before 7.00 PM or strictly last 8.00 PM* *Step Five: Not to eat: CRAP: C: Carboneted Drinks/Chai/coffee. R: Refined foods, Refined sugar, refined maida, refined oils, refined salt (white salt); A: Animal & Dairy foods or Artificial foods & P: Processed foods or packaged foods.* *Step Six: Sunbath minimum 35-40 minutes.* *Step Seven: Cheat day once a week. No cheat day for unhealthy people for 3 months;* *Step Eight: Sprouts: Quantity one gram par kilogram of our total body weight (in grams) if our weight is 60 kg then amount of sprouts must be 60 grams; Soaked Dry fruits Quantity total body weight (in grams) if our weight is 60 kg then amount of soaked dry fruits must be 60 grams; Coconut water quantity as much as you like & Hunza tea quantity as much as you like.*

I have few more doubts about DIP Diet . Sorry for the trouble . (1) Can we add Jaggery to Hunza tea in the morning ? (2) What should be the Gap between 4 types of Fruits to be had by 12noon ? (3) After having veg salad in plate 1, can we have steamed veg with millets in plate 2 , for both lunch & dinner (I have heart blocks from which I want to recover)

Thanks Samarth.Even As per Ayurveda it is advised to have time-gap between raw and cooked food. So I always I had this doubt whether Plate2 should be consumed immediately or with gap. But finally Thanks for the clarification ! But still I have One doubt As per Ayurveda, There is no harm in consuming Diary Products like Curd, Lassi with Cooked Food in Lunch (Also recommended by Rajiv Dixit), As It helps in balancing Pitta of Body specially in summer season. Any thoughts on this. Plz?

Yes as per Dr. Biswaroop one should eat plate 2 just after plate 1 but As per ayurveda there must be gap of around 30 Minutes between 1st Meal like Salad and 2nd Meal etc.

I am having to get up three four times to pass urine at night and day time urine frequency is one hour and sometimes the urine is passed on bed during night sleep though I have been taking the DIP diet very strictly based on your guidance for the last one year. Thank you sir for enlightening us with your videos. They are especially of great help after removal of Dr BRC Sir's YT channel. I have a query though. How can we ensure the gap of 8 hours between two meals in DIP diet ? As, in this diet we must take fruits in the morning, then lunch in the afternoon and dinner at 7 PM. There is a maximum gap of 5 hours between lunch and dinner. Is there any way we can implement DIP diet with '2 Meals a day' plan? This will certainly ensure 8 hours gap between 2 meal and about 14-15 hours gap during night. Please guide sir.

After Breaking the fast with Dates Eat the Required Amount of Fruits. Afterwards Whenever you want to eat Plate 2 First eat the Plate 1 of Raw Vegetables and then Plate 2 for Sehri

Dear Mr Samarth Manas Ji this was great video on DIP diet. I have successfully used DIP DIET since last 6 months and I was able to wean off BP med, statin med, blood thinner med etc but still waiting thyroid med. However my wife has NOT been that lucky. She tried DIP fruit diet to start with based on my experience in the morning as suggested. Within an hour or so she will have serious symptoms of Hypoglycemia such as Low blood glucose levels that cause a fight or flight response which is probably due to adrenal response, and cause a racing heart or heart palpitations. She is NOT diabetic. SINCE SHE IS NOT THE ONLY PERSON IN THIS WORLD WITH SUCH A PROBLEM then how to help my wife. Dr BRC has treated vast number of people. There must be solution. Is it a good idea to consult with Dr BRC? Please ADVICE AND HELP.

आपके व्हिडीओ बहूत अच्छे है आपसे एक रिक्वेस्ट है आप अलग अलग बिमारी केलीये अलग अलग डि आय पि डायेट प्लान बनाके वहीडीओ बनावो जैसे अस्थमा है कैन्सर है बादमे किडनी पेशंट है फिर डायबिटीस और बीपी पेशन्ट के लीये अलग अलग डायेट बतायेगे तो अच्छा रहेगा मतलब अस्थमा पेशट है तो असका रोग ठिक करनेमे जो एलीमेन्ट जीस डायेट मे जादा मात्रामे रहेगे तो मरीज जल्दी ठिक हो जायेगा इसलीये बिमारीके अकॉर्डोंग डायेट हो तो और अच्छा रहेगा

@@babadurg भैयाजी आपको हम बता दे की चेस्ट पैन जो होता है तो पहले कुछ ना कुछ कारण शायद होता हैं इसका कारण भी अलग-अलग हो सकता हैं, मैंने जो कुछ कुछ पढे है ओर डां० बी.आर.सी सर का विडिओ देखें है लेकिन उसके अनुसार हम अच्छे अनुसरण नही दे सकते! मैं फिलाल अभी पढाई कर रहा हूँ जिसके कारण इस सब ज़्यादा ध्यान नहीं दे पाते हैं। माफ कीजिएगा आपके प्रश्न का में जवाब नहीं दे सका!

*8 Steps in DIP (Disciplined and Intelligent Peoples Diet) Diet:* 1. *3 to 4 types seasonal fruits (or 3 or 4 Coloured fruits) as par your weight before 12'O Clock,* 2. *3 to 4 types seasonal vegetables (or 3 or 4 Coloured vegetables) as par your weight.Sprinkle rock salt or lemon juice on Salad,* 3. *After eating Salad eat cooked food having minimal rock salt and oil. (Plate 2)* 4. *Evening Snacks: Sprouts or Dry Fruits or Coconut all as par your weight in grams,* 5. *Dinner before 8'O Clock preferably before 7'O Clock,* 6. *Avoid Animal or Dairy Products, Packed Foods or Refined Products or tea or coffee,* 7. *40 Minutes Sun bath for Vitamin D,* 8. *Once a week is a Free Day: Eat anything on that free day weekly.*

मानस सर नमस्कार !!! सलाद में 4 तरह की कच्ची सब्जियाँ होना जरूरी है या फिर कभी एकाध सब्जी कम हो लेकिन वजन के अनुसार हो तो चलेगा ??? मेरे husband को diabetes है। diabetes कितने दिनों में check करना चाहिए ? पैथोलाॅजी की रिपोर्ट में बहुत धांधली होती है। अलग- अलग100-100 point का difference होता है।ऐसी स्थिति में सही glucose level का पता कैसे करें सर ?कृपया मार्गदर्शन करें।

Heena, can you please guide me what to eat for lunch and dinner? When my family members tried, when they started their raw veggies they could only eat 3 veggies with great difficulty and no lunch.Same thing happened for dinner.Stomach was full after eating raw vegetables.what to do? Manav my age is 67 yrs, I don’t feel that much hungry to eat . I take approximately 500 gems of fruits, and 40-50 gms dry fruit. Then lunch cooked vegetables or daal only. Twice week one chapati. Then in evening just salad app 400-500 gms. Or less. Or vegetable soup and cucumber. That’s it Is it ok , my weight is 60 kg

Good information. Can I take fruits till 12 pm then in lunch only salad or coconut water and in dinner salad and plate 2. Does tha help in reversing diabetes. I don't take lunch. In morning I some day have roti or most of the days I only eat dinner at 7Pm. Then nothing. Does this diet also help in curing pcos, hypothyroid as well regulate period and conceive fast. Please reply.
