मेरी आयु 72 वर्ष है।मैं ने गेहूं और चावल लेना छोड़ दिया है।DIP DIET पर हूं। मैं पूरी तरह से follow तो नहीं कर रहा हूं फिर भी 10 दिनों में ही दवा के साथ fasting -145 और 190 के लगभग रहता था अब क्रमश 95 और 110 पर आ गया है। कमजोरी तो बिल्कुल ही नहीं है बल्कि अपने अन्दर ज़्यादा चुस्ती महसूस कर रहा हूं। इसके लिए डॉक्टर साहब को शत् शत् नमन एवं दीर्घायु की कामना करता हूं।

मानस जी आप बहुत अच्छा काम कर रहे है। आप से एक विनती है की Dr BRC जी का जो 3 step flu diet है उसे किसीं तरह से विदेश सरकार अपना ले तो भारत सरकार को मजबूर होकर अपनाना पडेगा। क्योकि यह देखा गया है की भारत की कोई चीज जब विदेश से प्रमाणित होकर आती है तो हम भारतीय ऐसे बातो को जलदी अपना लेते है। Dr साहब के centres जो की युरोप मे है वहा से शुरुआत की जा सकती है। इससे भारत मे जो कोरोना का खेल चल राहा है वह बंद होगा। धन्यवाद।

U can follow diet and Can check after I month. I think u have to add green juice in diet. Check diet for cancer and start
